FAQ: which Digits module do I have installed?
How customers and DigitsCode verify installed capabilities during support.
Module technical names (for example digits_accounting_followup) appear in Apps for administrators. Customer-facing names are listed in the Capabilities articles.
- Administrators: Apps → search “Digits” or the capability title.
- Portal users: mention the menu you use (Follow-up, Attendance, POS refunds, etc.) — DigitsCode maps it to the module.
- During entitlement support, we also check agreements/contracts so we only deliver what your coverage includes.
