First response SLA
What the first-response target means on your ticket.
Each ticket shows a first response target on the portal ticket page.
- Pending — waiting for the first DigitsCode reply.
- On track / met — replied within the target.
- Missed — first reply was later than the target.
Infrastructure tickets usually have a shorter first-response window than commercial tickets.
