These terms cover use of the DigitsCode Employee Self-Service mobile app. They are separate from the website terms of sale.

The app and your account

Your employer provides the app so you can use selected HR services in the employer’s Odoo system. The account belongs to the employer. The employer may suspend or close it. DigitsCode does not decide your salary, leave balance, or other HR entitlements.

Your password

You must not share your password. You are responsible for activity under your sign-in until you tell your employer that the password is no longer safe.

Attendance location

If your employer enables geofence, the app uses your location only to record clock-in. If geofence is not enabled, the app does not require attendance coordinates.

App updates

DigitsCode may require you to install a newer version before you can continue. The employer’s system can set a minimum app version (min_app_version). Until you update, some or all features may stay unavailable.

Acceptable use

Use the app for your own employment tasks and follow your employer’s rules. Do not attempt to access another person’s data or to interfere with the service.
