How to request a DigitsCode capability on your database
Turn a capability name into a covered ticket or quote with the right evidence.
- Find the capability name in the DigitsCode Capabilities KB articles (or your SO scope).
- Confirm you have active coverage on Support.
- Open New Ticket:
- Application / Functional + Support — how to use an installed Digits module.
- Application / Functional + Change — configure or extend behaviour.
- Billing, Contracts & Sales — buy/renew a package that includes the capability.
- In the description, paste the exact feature name (for example “Digits Accounting Follow-up Extensions”) and the business outcome you need.
