Who can open tickets in the portal
Portal users linked to your partner can submit covered tickets.
Tickets are created by portal users related to your company partner.
- Ask your administrator to grant portal access to the right colleagues.
- Coverage is evaluated for the company, not for each individual login.
- Internal DigitsCode users may bypass the coverage gate when allowed by security groups.
