DigitsCode is not only a catalogue of Odoo apps. The value is unique operating logic we design, implement, and support — especially for Saudi and multi-company Community stacks.
1. Entitlement-first Community support
Instead of an open helpdesk, tickets are gated by active agreements/contracts (Helpdesk Support Entitlement), with hardened intake (Helpdesk Ops): mandatory fields, category↔type rules, team routing, and first-response SLA on Community — plus a public Knowledge Base.
2. Saudi finance & e-invoicing discipline
Beyond standard accounting: Digits Safe Redraft with ZATCA-aware validation, ZATCA QR Recovery, ZATCA Invoice Alert, delivery-date checks, behalf-of invoicing patterns, Letter of Guarantee, multi-currency ledgers, and the Saudi Riyal (SAR) currency symbol (de_sar_icon) across backend, POS, and PDFs.
3. Labor-law aligned HR operations
Attendance rules detect absence → Absence Discipline Bridge builds grouped penalties; discipline is labor-law oriented; Saudi government bridges include GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem; devices via ZKBioTime; mobile attendance with QR/GPS; Iqama / Jawazat / visa / passport approval portals; Earned Wage Access; colony/housing; letter management for official correspondence.
4. Field sales force (routes + mobile API)
Sales Reps Routes & Trips (routes, daily trips, visits, geofence, portal) paired with Sales Reps API Backend (REST/JWT for the mobile app) — a closed loop from plan → visit → order, not just a CRM list.
5. Factory floor MES
DigitsMES (batch tracking, SOPs, NCM, cloud sync) and DigitsMES Connector sync the factory with Odoo 18 — unique for industrial clients beyond vanilla MRP.

Full school stack: Educational Management System, fees, grading, timetable, attendances, complaints, parent summons, book delivery, student appraisal, recruitment.
